Completed his MBBS in University Malaya in 1981, MRCOG from Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London 1988 and FRCOG from Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London 2000. He served 10 years with the Government then he ventured out into Private Practice in 1991 having his own Maternity Centre and subsequently joined Putra Medical Centre in 1997, he was instrumental in setting up INS Maternity Centre together with Dr.Indar and Dr. Sarabjit based on his business acumen and industry know how. Dr.Ngee has an eminent sense of ethics and is conscientious in his clinical responsibility having served in Alor Setar throughout his private practice. He is also well-recognized figure in the Kedah Chinese Community whom contributed to the society.

Dr.Sarabjit Singh

completed his MBBS in 1987 from University Malaya and MRCOG from Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London 1992, served his compulsory attachment In Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital Alor Setar before he moved to Putra Medical Centre in 1995. He enjoyed a successful practice for 5 years before joining hands in setting up INS. He joined INS in 2000 as a partner to further enhance and dominate the Obstetrics and Gynaecology market in Alor Setar together with Dr. Indar and Dr. Ngee. His interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional with patients and Fellow Consultants as he maintains a Professional Practitioner at all times.

completed his BSc. Medical Science in St.Andrews Scotland in 1988 then moved to Glasgow, Scotland to complete his MBCHhB in 1991. He served in Scotland over one year as a house officer before moving to Sultanah Bahiyah Alor Setar. He then completed his Masters in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2000; and served in Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital Alor Setar and Hospital Besar Kangar before venturing into Private Practice with Putra Medical Centre and Pusat Rawatan Mahsuri. Dr. Annuar is known for his professional disposition, soft spoken skills and his professional ethics. He is the leading.

graduated with a M.D. Degree from University Science Malaysia in 2007 after which she completed 1 year of Intership training in Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim (HSAH), Sungai Petani, Kedah in 2008. She continued working as an Anaesthesiology Medical officer in Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim, Sungai Petani, Kedah from 2008 – 2011. Then she has done her post graduate Anaesthesia training in Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, Kota Bharu, Kelantan, from 2011 – 2013. And she completed her medical officer training in 2013 – 2015. Post graduate training in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine was complete in 2015 – 2017. She is currently a registered specialist with the National Specialist Registry of Malaysia. Dr Zainiyah Binti Mohamad Zain joins INS Specialist Centre in 2020 as the Resident Consultant Anaesthesiologist and she continues to provide her expertise in peri operative anaesthetic management of patient for various disciplines, mainly obstetrics and gynaecology procedures including lower segment caesarean section (LCSC), pain management, epidural and spinal analgesia, management of acute medical problems. Dr Zainiyah has proven her credentials as a reputable and respectable Anaesthesiologist in the community.

Dr. Lim Boon Soo

graduated with his MBBS from University Malaya in August 2000 and later on proceeded to obtain his Masters in Paediatrics at the same university in November 2010. He has various clinical experiences and working exposure during his attachment in the government as well as private hospitals. Dr. Lim completed his housemanship in Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar. He proceeded to serve as a Medical Officer in Klinik Kesihatan Kampung Gial, Perlis and Hospital Kangar in the Paediatrics Department. In 2006, Dr. Lim joined University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), Kuala Lumpur. His attachment with UMMC for 5 consecutive year

has exposed him to various paediatric attachment: Neonatology, Oncology, Paediatric NICU, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Endocrine, Neurology, Emergency, General Paediatric and Community Medicine. He has attend numerous courses and seminars on various subjects such as respiratory update, oncology and haematological disorders, child abuse, endocrine disorders, gastroenterology disease, genetic disorders, neonatal resuscitation programme, paediatric advance life support and others. He has special interest in neonatology, oncology and respiratory disease.
